We join the World Health Organization to commemorate World Patient Safety Day in a few days, this year under the motto “Safe Health Workers, Safe Patients.” For this reason, we share with you the words of Dr. Jorge César Martínez (M.N. 30351), Dean Emeritus of Medicine University (Faculty of the Salvador) and OMS representative in Argentina on this topic, who invites us to think about the importance of protecting the safety of all people, whether health professionals or patients.
